Its been amazing to have it out in the world...and how it has been received!

In hindsight, the whole experience of writing it still feels a little surreal, but i am so grateful to receive the feedback that its had and to hear how people have connected with it, because my strongest drive was to create a book to support survivors of emotional abuse to feel understood, in a way that I felt was deeply.
